Deposits
A 50% deposit will be taken from your credit card at the time of booking. The balance will be taken from your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival, unless other arrangements have been organised with Heaton Cottage.
If you are booking via an Online Travel Agent they may collect the whole amount at time of booking.

Cancellations more than 21 days or more in advance of your arrival will not incur a penalty.
Cancellations less than 21days but not less than 7 days from arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Cancellations less than 7 days from arrival will forfeit the full payment.
Bookings via OTA contact directly for cancellation and refund.
